I reserve the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason.

All rights to the artwork remain mine as the artist.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes only.

Reselling, NFT, and use for AI training or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use is allowed only by separate agreement.

If you post the artwork, please credit me as the artist.

I accept payment via PayPal or Monobank (for Ukraine residents). I can also accept Telegram Stars if there is no other option.

A 50% prepayment is required before I start working on your commission and the remaining 50% is paid after the sketch is approved.

I do not start any work until the prepayment is received.

You may cancel your commission at any time. However, all payments made are non-refundable, as they compensate for my time and work already done. The only exception is if I am personally unable to complete your commission.

The deadline is up to 3 months, but usually I finish within 2–3 weeks.

If there are any delays or issues, I will inform you in advance.

Rush commissions require an additional fee and must be discussed beforehand.

During the process, I will send you WIP updates.

Major changes such as pose, composition, etc. can be made for free only at the sketch stage.

After the sketch is approved, major changes are paid and the price depends on the complexity.

Minor changes such as colors or small details are free.
